Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

We ship orders using reputable carriers such as:

  • DHL

  • Lithuanian Post

  • DPD

All shipments include tracking.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

  • Lithuania: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • United Kingdom: 4–10 business days

  • International (USA, Asia, etc.): 5–14 business days

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are outside of our control.

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

We will assist in opening a claim with the shipping carrier. All items are documented prior to shipment to prevent fraud and ensure condition accuracy.

 

Risk of loss and ownership of items pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
