Refund policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at: archyvalvault@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal notice

• Item must be in the same condition as received

• Item must not be worn, altered, washed, or damaged

• All original tags (if applicable) must be attached

Due to the unique and vintage nature of archive designer garments, minor signs of wear may be present. All visible flaws are documented in product descriptions and photos. Returned items must match the documented condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
